Mumbai : A person named Kumar Maity (32) is arrested. He made at least 20 calls to Tendulkar’s Mumbai residence and made lewd remarks against Sara.
A team of Mumbai Police, assisted by the state police, arrested him from his village on Saturday night. Now he will be taken to Mumbai on transit remand. Police sources gave this information here. Now family members of Maiti have claimed that her mental condition is not well. He is unemployed and left college studies midway. A relative of Maiti said that her mental illness is very old. He also used to persecute his parents and his father had died recently. Maiti has been undergoing treatment for the past eight years.

Police has also recovered a diary from Maiti’s house in which he had written Sara’s name as his wife. Police have not yet been able to find the answer to the question from where did he get Sachin’s house number. She is investigating it. Police located Maiti based on the location of the telephone tower. A police officer said Maiti’s mental health will also be investigated.

According to police, Devkumar says that he saw Sara Tendulkar during a match on TV. After this, he started calling Sachin Tendulkar’s house. After this Sara filed a report with the police. According to the police, it is not clear how this person got the phone number of Sachin Tendulkar’s house.
